How much does a website cost?
Our starter websites begin at around KSh 1,000 per month, which covers hosting and keeping the site running and maintained. Multi-month plans get a discount. If you'd rather have your own domain (like yourbusiness.co.ke) and email, that's a one-time build plus domain & hosting — we'll quote you. Bigger, custom systems (online orders, bookings, inventory, dashboards) are quoted per project.
Is it really free to start?
Yes — we can build your starter site and put it online free for the first month. In return we simply ask for an honest Google review once you love it, which earns you extra free time. After that, staying online is a small flexible monthly fee. No pressure and no catch — if it's not for you, you simply stop.
Do I own my website?
The content — your text, photos, logo and brand — is always yours. On a starter plan the site lives on our shared web address and we host and maintain it for you. When you're ready to fully own everything on your own domain and hosting, we move it over for you. You're never locked in.
What's the difference between the free web address and my own domain?
Think of it like renting a stall in a busy building versus owning your own shop. The free web address (a subdomain like yourbusiness.bizyetu.co.ke) gets you online fast and cheap. Your own domain (yourbusiness.co.ke) looks more professional, gives you branded email, and is entirely yours — we set it all up when you're ready to upgrade.
How long does it take?
A starter site is usually ready in about 24 hours once you've sent us your details and photos. Bigger custom projects take longer — we'll tell you upfront.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just the basics: your business name, what you sell, your phone/WhatsApp number, a few photos, your location/hours, and your social media links if you have them. Don't have everything? Share what you can and we'll help with the rest.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa — quick and simple. When your renewal is due you get a link, choose how many months, and pay right from your phone. Your site stays live automatically the moment payment lands.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There are no contracts. Pay only for the months you want your site online. If you stop, the site is simply paused — nothing is deleted, and you can bring it back any time.
Can the site take orders or bookings, or is it just information?
Starter sites let customers order or book straight through WhatsApp — no complex setup. Need something smarter — automated orders, online payments, inventory, bookings, dashboards? We build those too as a custom project. Just ask.
Will my business show up on Google?
Yes — we build every site to be found on Google and we can link it to your Google Business listing so customers searching for you locally can find and contact you easily.
